A friend gave me a short scenario called "The Mausoleum of Ifram", subtitled "Part 2 of the Quest of Chaos". It consists in a folded A4 page. I didn't find interesting information about it.
It seems to be for WH (Warhammer Fantasy Battle I guess).

Anyone here knows something about this module? Released date, author, publisher?

He said he got it in the late 80's, start 90's. So it should be from this era (88-89, since it is when he bought RPGs before to stop collecting).

From what I recall, Realm of Chaos was a four leaf adventure with three printed sides and a map on the back fourth side.

This one is similar. 3 of the 4 pages are printed with text, and there is a map on the 4th page (hand drawn map).
I looked in my WH boxed set (color cover 1984 ed.) and there is only a small introducting scenario in the Combat book.

I looked through all my old material and I don't see anything that matches up.  My best guess would be that this does indeed reference the Warriors Of Chaos box set: http://www.solegends.com/citboxes/c2s1chaosw.htm  Maybe it had a brief scenario as an insert?  Maybe talk to the miniatures experts?

Yes, you're probably right.  I tried to find information about a scenario included in this boxed set but didn't find anything. Do you know a miniature specialists website?

The book I mentioned is much later than the 80s. So far, the best info we seem to have discovered on this thread is the page TheHistorian found, http://www.solegends.com/citboxes/c2s1chaosw.htm

The scan itself (an 80s set of WH minis) doesn't mention W'oC, but the web page does, in the upper left-hand corner. So we have an intriguing clue, but no authentic, primary-source data, as yet.

The reason I speculate about unpublished vaporware is because of 1984's Citadel Compendium. This volume pretty much explains how the future of WH would look: a sci-fi version, a Chaos supplement, etc.. However, they write about these things as is they would be published soon. In reality, it took years & decades to do so.
