Can someone please point me somewhere I can find more information about E'A?

I'm having a difficult time learning anything about this interesting looking gaming aide, possibly because its unusual name is deeply confusing to search engines.

The author even stopped by to say a few words.  One recently sold on Ebay as well - to someone here on the Acaeum I believe - BTW nice pickup!

It is also extremely rare - I've been looking for one for years.  Kicking myself for not noticing TFMs copy for sale.
