Here is a picture of the product I have in the shrink (same guy's stuff... 2nd box...).

But of all the "authors" on the title, it also credits Midkemia Press and ICE.

So is it a Midkemia Press item or not?

... so why put Midkemia Press on it?  Just to sell more copies?   :)

Because of authors, guys of Midkemia were included in Thieves World project and City and Carse were cited as references (big populated cities like Sanctuary) too.

IIRC they updated some of the city encounter tables from the TW boxed set, too---which were all written by Midkemia in the first place.
