I was wondering if anyone had any idea about the contents of a FASA-sponsored/ran tournament at GenCon 1999 which was called Operation Quicksilver Lightning. I'm fairly sure less than 100 people played in it, and I do not know if they were given copies to keep. But... I would like to track it down. I thought Ka-Ge #0 would be the hardest thing to find (and even among those magazines, it seems #2 is actually harder to get) but this might kick it in the teeth.
