It's called the
Crown of Delusion. When worn, it makes you think you have 3000hp and possess all powers from levels 1-20, but in reality, it just disables the shift button on your computer so you can't type capital letters....just kidding. You are in the wrong forum. We do not deal with these kinds of questions, and we don't play in adventures with those kinds of magic items. 8)
