Any info on the following three round tournament module ran in July 1989?

Star IV: The Legacy
A Three Round AD&D Tournament for Six Players

Round One: The Missing Gnome
Round Two: Caverns of Fire and Death
Round Three: Farewell to a Friend

First two rounds are by Kevin Melka, the final round by Keith Polster

Star II was an RPGA event run at GenCon in 1987. I do in fact have it.

What I have from 1987 is Star II: Discovery.
S.T.A.R. II Tournament run at GenCon XX
Round 1: Hook, Line, & Sinker by Andrew Bethke
Round 2: Bungle in the Jungle by Scott Warnkey
No Round 3

So I suspect there is a S.T.A.R III from '88 and a S.T.A.R IV from '89.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

STAR I - Blacklight
RPGA NETWORK STAR II AD&D GAME TOURNAMENT - Blacklight
AD&D GAME STAR III - Blacklight
AD&D Game STAR IV      - Blacklight
AD&D Game Star V - Blacklight

"Final" seems to have meant final.
After V, Kevin Melka turned his attentions to a series of ADD RPGA Tournaments centered around RATS (which might be an acronym, seems not to have anything to do with literal rodents).

IIRC, the RATS (and STAR RATS??) tourneys were loosely connected to Greyhawk.  Were these previous STAR adventures also Greyhawk-related?

Allan.

Most/all of RATS definitely are.

STAR IV is the only STAR listing description that references GH
The Legacy’ By Keith Polster and Kevin Melka. With Ludikrith vanquished at last, you can return to Greyhawk to seek adventure.
