I've been told about this, so want to see if its a small batch that was effected or greater then that.
Pages included are #'s 4-16, 33-48, 33-64, 49-64 and 81-94.
Anyone have one like this?

I am afraid I do not understand the question. I have my hard copy in front of me, and I do not note anything in particular about those pages.

It was basically those pages in that person's copy. Might just be a one of a kind error but they were wondering.
