Chris Bernhardt is dusting off Rallu, City State of the Sea Kings and here is a pic of Bob Bledsaw with the manuscript.

OK...I guess I'm first:

What is Rallu, City State of the Sea Kings?

Also, in the photo...isn't the title, Rallu, City State of the Blessed?

A project that has been talked about on the old Judges Guild.net forums.  And well I've only known it by City State of the Sea Kings, guess it originally had City State of the Blessed.
Pegasus 3 has some info on the city, though its is by a different author.

There is mention of Rallu in the following PDF that locates it on southern tip of the Isle of the Blest.

Yes...that's what the JG publication has listed as well.   :?

IF the island were of the blessed...as in bless+ed, it would be the island of people who continually experience blessing.   :?

Since it is and island of the blest, that apparently means that the people there were once blessed....but not any more.   :x

I would have to say that City State of the Sea Kings has a lot more power than a city state of people who are or were blessed.
