Many on the valuations on the tables seem to be from 2002-2004. How have prices moved since then?

The date is when the item page /description/ was last updated. Only the Judges Guild pages have the (useful to know) "price last updated" column.

The last update to the valuations was performed at the end of 2009. We haven't had a lot of success getting people to find the time to track valuations, so the next update will be limited. If all goes well we should have an update ready towards the end of the summer. When it would be released is up to FoulFoot though.
