Korns' biggie is below, commonly just called "Korns' Rules".
Worth finding if original, but beware raw unformatted text dumped onto pages and sold by unscrupulous internet reprinters.

Thanks Frank! In doing my research, that's the only thing I've really been able to find at all. I thought I had hit a home run with this find, but it looks like maybe it was just a very short ground ball.
