First printing Monster Manual

I recently obtained a first printing monster manual. Other than some condition issues, see picture, it has a faint smokers odor that is responding to the baking soda in a sealed container treatment. For some reason, I can only attach one picture. I have more pictures available. What do you think it’s worth.

If there is no other flaw than the smell, this could be a
VG
condition.
For an economic value, you should consider you're in the range of hundreds of dollars... i'd say close to 200.

I would grade this on the pictures you have shown (not including odors or things not shown) as Good condition. This is making positive assumptions about things not seen (like the spine and the rest of the pages). There is a lot of wear and fading to this book.
Shrink is not a condition

The pictures are rather small, but I concur with it likely being in good condition.
