I have  this 16-page book, full-color cover, copyright 1982, and the included full-color 24" x 36" poster map.

At one time, I had the poster on the wall, so there are tape marks on the back :-( and a 2-3 inch rip on the bottom edge :-(((

Is it worth anything, or should I stick it back on a wall?

MERP items remain highly sought after and many of the modules fetch high prices. However, this is one of the more common items and prices are not really that good. In excellent condition, it may fetch $20-$25, but in the condition you state, you'd be lucky to get $10-$15.
