PC1 Tall Tales of the Wee Folk deals with the races of Faerie; PC2 Top Ballista humorously describes the flying city of Serraine, and the creatures that live there; PC3 Sea People provides rules for underwater adventures and descriptions of underwater races; PC4 Night Howlers probes the world of the lycanthropes, and includes a mini-campaign setting.
